Our Story…

Nestled within one of Chicagoland’s most historic town of Barrington, Illinois lies Ambrosia Euro-American Patisserie. For over 30 years, we have proudly honored European artisan craft and tradition by producing a daily fresh selection of gourmet cakes, pastries, baked goods, confections, and beverages.

From the teachings of Chef Richard and Debbie Rivera, we bring to you the continued art, tradition, and hospitality of authentic patisserie.
